Guinea fowl are farmed birds which can closely be compared with chicken. However, their meat is supremely tender and has a slight gamey flavour. They can be prepared and cooked in the same way as chicken. Despite this, it is not popular to pair with strong flavours which might overpower the Guinea Fowl and become unidentifiable from chicken. Therefore, it is recommended to use ingredients that will enhance and compliment that of the Guinea Fowl.

Our birds are grown on locally approved farms by our friends the Leon family in Brittany, France.
